Thinking and Countermeasures of Local College Research Projects Postponed Problems

In recent years,with the growing number of universities undertake various projects,project delays phenomenon more and more prominent,project delays to be placed in front of the research management department a need to address the important issues.This paper analyzes the causes of project delays,and to strengthen the significance of the research projects deferred management work,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
