Research advances about binary Ti vectors

Binary Ti vectors are the most important plant-transforming vector in plant genetic engineering.In the recent years,there a quick development in binary Ti vectors,which continuously results in new binary Ti vectors.The newly developed binary Ti vectors have a optimized structure,wider ranges of adaptations and easy cloning procedures,and are capable of increasing plant transformation efficiency and much more easy to use in gene function study.The paper introduces the strategies that have been adopted in the construction of high-capacity vectors,multi-gene vectors and site-specific integrating vectors.
