TCP Congestion Control and Fairness Evaluation over Satellite Network

This paper introduce the AIMD which is a fashion congestion control mechanism applied in TCP and the method of proportion fairness evaluation at first, then introduce CR(Constant Rate) witch is developed from AIMD by Floyd . After analyze the defect above mentioned,we bring the idea of DiffServ into AIMD and put forward SB-AIMD(Service Based AIMD) and DBF(the probability of packet Dropped Based Fairness evaluation).
