Optimization of the Service Windows Deployed

Owing to the long time clients consumed in banks,queuing models obeying distributions with different parameters is introduced in different time periods of days,and service system′s operating parameters with different numbers of windows are calculated by computer simulation.In this paper,an optimization model is established to minimize service windows′ number on condition that the probability of average waiting time less than five minutes is above 0.95 in each period.And then whether the special windows should be deployed is analyzed in view of the total expense of bank.The result coincides with factual condition,and provides perfect resolvent to the deployment of the service windows for banking.
