Design of Detecting System for Jet-grouting Drilling Rig Operating Parameters

Described the methods of detecting for some vital operating parameters of the jet-grouting drilling rig when it worked,including the drilling depth,the rotating speed and the swinging angle.Against each parameter,expounded the selection and fixing measure of relevant sensors,and the modulation of the sensor signals and the design of the interface circuit that based on single-chip.Finally the single-chip sent the collected data to the host computer,the software at the host computer achieved the data collecting and the interface displaying.It is proved that this design is abstemious,practical and high precision,so it has good applied value.
