On the Risk of Infringement of Copyright in Editing Journals

Editor's infringement of copyright means the actor does not obey laws and regulations,infringes personal rights and property right of the copyright owner.No matter infringement consciously or unconsciously,it will be harmful to author's interests and enthusiasm,and to social principle of justice and equity.Editors of journals must build up the copyright consciousness,protect legal rights and interests of editor,author and reader,must be cautious in editing,so as to avoid infringement of copyright.
