Design of Direct Digital Frequency Source of High Accuracy

Direct Digital frequency Synthesizer(DDS) is a newly and rapidly developed technology which features high frequency resolution, low phase noise, short frequency switching time. This paper briefly introduces the basic principles and the performance of DDS. Then it mainly describes how to use AD9851 chip to design a direct digital synthesis frequency source with high accuracy.
