DOA Estimation Algorithm of Wideband Digital Signal Based on Fitting Phase Difference and Frequency

A new direction finding method based on two sensors is proposed.This method adopts the phase frequency characteristics of two single tone signals′ cross spectrum.Strong spectrum point in the cross spectrum are used to estimate the time delay by curve fitting.Then wideband signal′s directions of arrival(DOA) are attained.This algorithm features low computation load and can be implemented easily in reality.The computer simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and has high estimation accuracy.
