Data-theory-observation-phenomena(DTOP) Quaternary Theory——A Study on Objectivity and Accuracy of Data

By taking data on the equal footing with theory, observation and phenomenon, the data-theory-observation-phenomena(DTOP) quaternary theory is proposed. Starting from data, the relationship and mutual interaction between data and theory, data and observation, data and phenomenon, respectively, are explored, and the objectivity and accuracy of data are addressed. The data penetration theory,subjective intervention for data,and the onion model of data-phenomenon are presented.
