Labor unions play an important role in colleges and universities for they serve as a bridge and link between the Party and the teaching and administrative staff.This essay proposes that a qualified labor union staff member should be provided with excellent political and ideological quality,professional and ethical quality,knowledge quality,competence quality and mental health quality.
