A new established method for liver cancer screening based on system of colloidal gold and aptamer

Objective To establish a simple method for liver cancer screening.Methods Based on comparison of the before-and-after A660/A520 absorbance variation of adding cells,a spectrophotomer was used for scaning the spectroscopy of system of colloidal gold and aptamer.Results It was found that A660/A520 absorbance variation of adding liver cancer cells was modified more than the other cells.The colour of the system was changed from red to blue.Conclusion It was suggested that the new method,which was inexpensive,simple and accurate for liver cancer screening based on the system of colloidal gold and aptamer,can be applied widely.
