PUPIL RADIUS MEASUREMENT BASED ON THRESHOLD SEGMENTATION AND HOUGH TRANSFORM ALGORITHM

Pupil radius measurement in medicine and psychology are widely used. The article uses the method for circle detection based on threshold segmentation and Hough transform to detect the pupil and measure the radius of the pupil. The algorithm uses threshold segmentation,binarization,edge detection and circle detection by Hough transform. This algorithm implements the pupil radius measurement. The algorithm has fast testing speed and accurate result.
