New Digital Signature Scheme Based on Discrete Logarithms and Factoring

A new improved scheme of Shao's digital signature scheme is proposed,which is based on factoring and discrete logarithm problems. The correctness,security and unforgeability are proved. As compared with two schemes,the improved scheme is more efficient in terms of the computation complexity.
