Traditionally,the network communication is through web server and targets at computer software servicer.Usually the users download software to the server and those who need the software download,install and run it.With the development of computer network technology and software technology,SaaS becomes a new mode for commercial use of software.Since the traditional network communication rights have their limitations.Strictively speaking,the proper right of hire accords more with its nature.This thesis will explore and analyze the concepts and technological features of SaaS mode,aiming to prove the feasibility of its proper rental rights.
