On frequency index of blasting safety criterion

This paper introduces the importance of blasting safety criterion,discusses the safety criterions at home and abroad,proposes the problems existed in the application of new blasting safety criterion,and points out that blasting vibration frequency is one of the important bases to valuate blasting safety criterion.
