The paper shows,many new matrix CQFs can be constructed from the matrix CQFs by a new method.If perfect reconstuction condition of the original CQFs satisfied,then the newly-constructed CQFs are also perfectly-reconstructed.Eurther,a set of rules for deriving higher matrix CQFs from a lower one are established.
