Research on the Method of Emergency Decision Support Based on Cases

In order to make correct decision it is an effective way to refer to the past practices(emergency cases),the whole process involves three steps: case representation,case retrieval,and scheme generation.First the response process(including the result) and events background(the environment composed of the subsequent events) should be described in case representation,then the cases with similar background and process will be retrieved when emergency appears,their response processes and results will be listed to help the decision maker,and finally the emergency and its response process will be added to the system as a new case.This system will help the manager to reach a more reasonable decision in a complicated and comprehensive enviornment.
