Design and implement of algorithm for signal identification in micro-channel electrophoresis system

A new method of signal identification used in micro-channel electro phoresis system was reported. Wavelet analysis which is the key algorithm for denoising was studie d. Combined with peakidentification and other components, a software for signal process and data an alysis was designed. Used in the separation experiment of DNA segments, the algorithm is proved to be av ailable and effective, and the results show that the signal to noise (S/N) can be greatly improved.
