Multiview 2.5D face scans registration and 3D fusion

This paper proposed an effective method of merging three views 2.5D scans into a whole 3D face model.Firstly,using ICP completed coarse registration for feature regions in 2.5D face scans which extracted by manual,then used an energy minimizing method for fine registration.Finally merged a whole 3D face model.Using the similarity metric measuring to the registered 3D model to test,experimental results show that this method is effective and advanced.
