Group Congruence on Nil-extention of a Clifford Semigroup

To introduce the definition of normal subsemigroup of a Clifford semigroup and then constructs the congruent subsemigroup over a Clifford semigrouup.Depending on the definition of congruent subsemigroup,the group congruence on nil-extension of a Clifford semigroup is constructed and the conclusion: when there is a minimum element in the set of idempotents of a Clifford semigroup,the group congruence on nil-extension of and the group congruence on nil-extension of the classes of are isomorphic.
