The CSS Filter Lens Based On Web

The CSS Lens can append to the visual sieved Lens and the convertible effect the normal HTML element, and it can also act on many Webs, even the whole Web station. The CSS functions to the HTML based on the attribute of filter form. The main attribute of CSS Lens is introduced, and an example is given.
