This paper proposes PBX-Based integrated solution of Call Center in order to improve agriculture service system of science and technology information.The solution implements speech recognition in VIR subsystem and provides multi-service such as telephone and E-mail.This paper introduces software design and route algorithm in detail.Based on soft component,system is scalable.
