The Theory of "The Governing Force of Clauses" Applied in Automatic Segmentation and Tagging

The theory of clausal pivot reveals that syntactic devices govern whole grammatical factors, Clauses governs all other grammatical factors in pivotal status. We think theory of the governing force of clauses not only sat at heart of study on Chinese language but also in Chinese information disposal. This paper strongly emphasizes problems about segmentation and tagging in Chinese information disposal in terms of theory of the governing force of clauses.
