Discussion on the Construction of Reference Rooms of the Colleges (Departments) of the University under the Network Environment

In the light of the problems existing in information service of reference rooms of the colleges (departments) of the university, this paper probes into the paths for constructing the new mode of reference rooms of the colleges (departments) of the university under the network environment for the better development of information service.
