An Activity-focused Metamodel of Telecom Revenue Assurance Process

Revenue assurance(RA) process aims at finding the revenue leakage point,improving profits and cash flows.However it is difficult to implement the RA process because lacking of a typical strategy.Based on the analysis of characteristics of revenue assurance process,an activity-focused RA process metamodel is proposed,which defines process model,activities,roles,products and key process area(KPA).
