The Coordinate-Based Word Processing Model: Principle and Method

The development of corpus linguistics relies heavily on the construction of corpora.Word processing is very important and fundamental for corpus compilation.This paper introduces the coordinate-based word processing model and explains the principle of coordinate-based method.We believe that the coordinatograph to text is essentially a process of mapping the alphabetical strings to numerical strings.The coordinate-based word processing model altered the traditional retrieval systems and to some extent met the needs of compiling ultra-large corpora.
