Study of emergency resource ontology model

In order to solve the semantic conflicts in knowledge representation and understanding of emergency resource,this paper proposed a general conceptual model of emergency resource by introducing the ontology technology into the domain knowledge representation.Based on the upper ontology SUMO,modeled the EROM(emergency resource ontology model)from emergency resource management and distribution.The model provided the consistent semantic representation and common understanding for emergency resource management and sharing.
