The Study on Producing SPWM Wave Based on SOC and DDS

In this paper,the basic principle of DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) and PWM(Pulse-Width Modulation) are introduced.Using DDS COMS chip AD9833,a DDS circuit is designed,which includes a numerical controlled crystal adopting 28 bits phase adder,a sine ROM and a 10-bit D/A transformer.The C8051F020 of DDS is proposed to optimize the PWM wave.Basing on DDS,the producing process of PWM wave is studied and explored.Then according to the characteristics of output voltage wave with little resonances,steady voltage,steady frequency and high precision,the import electrical source with 110V/60Hz/10kW is designed.
