Another Depiction of Congruence on Completely Simple Semi-groups

On the idempotent element set E(S) of the completely simple semi-groups,the normal equivalence τ and the kernel subset K are structured,and it is showed that the K and τ is compatible,their normal subgroups are implicative,the trace classes and normal subgroup lattices are isomorphic,and the kernel classes and the normal equivalence lattices within the idempotent element set are isomorphic,too.
