Real-time Digital Simulation Model of Power Auto-transformer and Its Digital Integral Method

This paper presents a real time simulation model of a three phase star/star 12 power auto transformer and its numerical integration method. In addition, the author has also simulated the electromagnetic transients of the inrush phenomenon when the transformer is switched in the null loaded circuits as well as the process of the normal loaded state. The simulation result on the PC shows that the model and the numerical integration method is correct and can be realized in real time.
