Academic corrupt is loss of balance between academic freedom and academic moral responsibility.The responsible editor is the key factor of governing academic corrupt.Strengthening the responsible editor's academic moral responsibility is an important factor to keep the purity of academic territory.Hence,the responsible editor ought to be strict with himself and obey academic standards to improve the guality of edition.
