To meet the requirement of QoS Evaluation based on Heterogeneous/Convergence Network, features of Heterogeneous/Convergence network is analyzed.Combined with QoS mapping, the establishment of QoS index system is studied and the calculation method of index weight is finalized.Furthermore,database-centered QoS evaluation model is put forward and QoS evaluation process is detailed. Finally, prototype system is realized to prove this system is effective, precise and real-time.
