Design of Control System Using for Full Automatic Glove Knitting Machine

This paper introduces the principle of full automatic glove knitting machine.The hardware system is designed,which uses the Intel MCS-51 series single chip microprocessor(80C32),LCD circuit,switch signal input/output circuit,keyboard array circuit and RS-485 communication circuit,etc.The software function and control theory are discussed in detail.Finally,the corresponding main program flow chart is presented.The application demonstrates that the proposed strategy is available,reasonable,stable and reliable.This system has high performance and low cost.
