Fertilization System and Scheme of Step Motor Variable

[Objective] To improve agricultural modernization,electrification,automation status,introduce variable fertilization into agricultural production to improve fertilizer utilization rate.[Method] With step motor as the actuator system of variable rate fertilizer,a two-row precision seeding and fertilizing machine was selected,four groups of experiment with four kinds of fertilizers were designed.[Result] The optimum scheme was obtained.[Conclusion] Using optimum fertilizer distributor rotation speed and length could realize the goal of fertilizing according to soil.
