Internet Express technology is the combination of CGI/ISAPI characteristics and the structure of Multi-Tier to achieve Web applications development.This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the Internet Express,and compare with the traditional CGI/ISAPI structure.And for its structural characteristics it develops the fuzzy query function for the Web applications.
