Constructing a Regional Experimental Center of Management,to Achieve the Concept of Outsourcing Laboratory

On the basis of introducing the application status of university laboratory,this article analyzed the high risk,high investment,low returns and their own characteristics in the course of constructing economics and management laboratory.By thinking of creating a regional laboratory management based on cloud computing,SAAS technology and remote experiment,the article proposed an idea of outsourcing laboratory,explained the advantages of outsourcing and structed three modes finally.
