Symmetric-Antisymmetric Orthonoral Multiwavelets and Related Scalar Wavelets

This paper proposes the relationshi p between the symmetric-antisymmetric orthonormal multiwavelets and a family of length-4N orthonormal scalar wavelets.Two explicit formulations are presented for constructing the high pass sequence directly in terms of lo wpass sequences and two methods are given to generate symmetric-antisymmetric orthonormal mul tiwavelets.
