For its good characteristics the E-government system has got rapid development at home and abroad in the last few years.Commenced from the present condition of Chinese E-government,the constructional mode of three networks and one database is in-troduced.Under the mode,from the assurance foundation,constructional mode and providing service,the technique frame model of E-government system is designed,the definition of the E-government system information security is introduced,and the system security of our country is took aparted.In the end,a frame of security from the point of view of active security and passive security is given.
