Comparative Analysis of Collection Technologies for Dynamic Traffic Information

Dynamic traffic information is a basis and guarantee for ITS, and the accurate and re- al-time traffic information plays a key role in ITS application. The collection technologies are compar- atively analyzed after they are classified, and the application area, the advantages and the disadvan- tages of each collection technology are pointed out. In the end, the prospects of collection technolo- gies are put forward.
