A Meta-Synthesis Forecast Method with PMVF and Its Application Case

This paper presents a new interactive human-machine system with PMVF.First,the framework for interactive human-machine forecast system with PMVF is developed based on the thoughts of systemectic engineering.Then,key modules of intelligent forecast system,such as Pretreatment of information(P),Modeling of forecasting(M),Verifying of forecasting precision(V) and Feedback of forecasting(F),are expatiated in detail.Finally,its validity is demonstrated with a case to forecast the total homes connected with Internet in Shanghai City.
