The related technologys for the terminal of broad-storage TV is studied from the theory and experiment aspects.According to the UCL(Uniform Content Locator) technology,a kind of terminal model for broad-storage TV is designed on the platform of CATV broadcasting network structured in laboratory, which realizes the UCL analysis on the application layer and datalink layer. And the UCL-based data-filtering mechanism is designed, which is studied experimentally and completes the analysis, recovery and present of data. The model efficiently demonstrates the feasibility of the UCL-based data-filtering mechanism.
