The Application of WebGIS in the Water Management System for Village Wells

This paper introduces WebGIS and it's characteristics, and proposes a system to solve the problem of the measurement of village wells water use. The system design is based on B/S mode and combined ASP with the secondary development of GeoBeans, which is one of WebGIS software. A convenience platform of information for water management and decisionmaking is given by the system.
