The sufficiency infusion of the plateletpheresis is an effective measure to the hemorrhagic disease.The platelet gathering quantity related with many factors.The blood donor′s platelet count before collection is the most important factor.But the product quality cannot attain a designated standard completely if to screen the blood donor only by this sole standard.The following areas:blood donor′s own condition,circumference blood target,the machine parameter′s establishment,and the operator technology,etc.must be considered.This review focused on influence quality′s factors of each link and the effective control methodes at present to explored the quality control method more effective.
