It is a difficult problem to reuse the evaluation systems, and its main reason is pointed out as follows:the evaluation method too rely on the evaluation indexes system. In this paper,a design method on the evaluation system based on the MVC mode from software engineering is put forth to solve above problem.Respectively designs the evaluation methods, operational in- terface on the evaluation indexes and the control events of above two factors as Model,View and Controller.Finish the develop- ment of AHP evaluation system by above MVC mode. Finally, two different evaluation applications are carried out in this new e- valuation system, and the results demonstrate that the system is feasible and reusable.
