Introduced a memory tactics model for the spare parts management and through setting up the tactics of storing expect equation of the expenses,the minimum expenses of expecting was analyzed and the storing(amount) and order quantity was drawn a conclusion.Based on this article,a value of the monitoring point of the order can be calculated and a suitable model of economic order for the spare parts can be set up.
