The method to apply P3 software to the project plan management

P3 is the most popular software in the project plan management field over the world and it is applied to many large domestic engineering projects. This present paper discusses the method of how to apply P3 to the project plan management in the aspects of the element, development, record, and information report of the P3 network plan.
