Design of detecting circuit of weak current in photo ionization sensor

The working principle,circuit design,component selection and manufacturing technique of a low-frequency extremely weak current signal amplifying circuit is introduced.This amplifying circuit is an important part of photo ionization sensor,and it can be also applied in other detecting systems.The experiments indicate that the circuit restrain noise effectively.It has good sensitivity and linearity.
