The study on forecast warning system and terminal based on GPRS

The most important target of disaster forecast warning system are fast,validity and wide-range during the release of forecast information.GPRS is bridge of information in the system which can insure fast release and less affected by area' acreage,an information processing system based on GPRS is used in terminal which can receive forecast information reliably,the terminal can return current processing status to forecast center and give audio and photic alarm,it also can broadcast in country by forecast level which can improve forecast efficiency.
