On the Information Modernization and Industrialization in Less Developed Areas

So far as the less-developed areas are concerned, information modernization will be conductive to the promotion of the level of the industrial structure in the less-developed areas, to the realization of the modernization of the industrial structures, to the promotion of the level of science and education, to the realization of gathering talented people and to the promotion of urbanization and employment. But information modernization in less-developed areas are negatively influenced by many factors and constraints. Considering the real situation of the economic development in the less-developed areas, we suggest the industrial modernization in the less-developed areas be based on remolding the traditional industry, developing information industry, qickening up the step of building information infrastructures and promoting the construction of the information modernization of the governments, industrial enterprises and social public organizations and taking the route of sustainable development of the new industrial modernization.
