The Research of Content-based Character Image Retrieval Based on the Packaging External Appearance

The way of presenting characteristic image information of packaging external appearance and the method of retrieving the image content were illustrated.The color,texture and contour features in the image were also analyzed in order to extract the image feature and match the image content.The content-based image retrieval was carried out and appropriate processing technology for the storage,retrieval and processing of image database were provided.
